Common questions
My video is still rendering
Renders usually finish within a few minutes. If a render seems stuck for more than 15 minutes, close and reopen the app — your project is saved and will continue. If it still hasn't finished, email us and we'll look into it.
The preview played but I can't make the full video
The full-length render is a separate step from the watermarked preview. From the result screen, tap Make full video. If you've used your free render and see a notice, that's expected — it explains your options. If something looks wrong, email us.
Refunds and billing
If you're not happy with a purchase, email support@lyricmv.com with your details and we'll make it right.
Deleting your data
To request deletion of your account or your uploaded audio and videos, email us from the address on your account and we'll remove your data.
