Welcome to LyricMV. By accessing or using the LyricMV website (lyricmv.com), the LyricMV web application, or the LyricMV for Suno Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. The LyricMV Service

LyricMV provides AI-powered lyric video creation tools, including:

  • Lyric Video Maker: Upload audio, auto-transcribe lyrics with AI, select a template, and render a professional lyric video.
  • AI Transcription: Powered by OpenAI Whisper for word-level lyric synchronization.
  • Video Templates: Pre-designed templates for TikTok (9:16), YouTube (16:9), and Instagram formats.
  • LyricMV for Suno Chrome Extension: A browser extension that detects Suno AI songs and enables one-click lyric video creation.

2. User Responsibilities

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use LyricMV. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
  3. Lawful Use: You agree to use LyricMV only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
  4. Prohibited Conduct: You may not use LyricMV to:
    • Generate, distribute, or promote content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
    • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from LyricMV.
    • Circumvent usage limits, abuse credits, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
    • Upload copyrighted audio without the appropriate rights or licenses.

3. Intellectual Property

  • LyricMV Platform: All proprietary code, design, branding, logos, and infrastructure of LyricMV are owned by LyricMV and its operators. You may not reproduce or repurpose these without written permission.
  • Your Content: You retain full ownership of the audio files, lyrics, and creative inputs you provide to LyricMV.
  • Generated Videos: Subject to your subscription plan and the underlying AI model licenses, you own the lyric videos generated for you. You are responsible for ensuring your input content does not violate third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.
  • Suno Integration: The LyricMV Chrome Extension reads publicly accessible song data from suno.com pages. LyricMV is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno AI. Suno's own terms of service apply to content created on their platform.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Free Tier: LyricMV offers a free preview tier with watermarked 480p video output and limited renders per month. No credit card is required for the free tier.
  • Paid Plans: Premium features (HD rendering, no watermark, higher limits) require a paid subscription or credit purchase. Pricing details are available on our Pricing Page.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Credits are non-recurring one-time purchases.
  • Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@lyricmv.com within 7 days.
  • Plan Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription plans with advance notice to active subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

LyricMV uses third-party AI services (including OpenAI Whisper) to transcribe and synchronize lyrics. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI transcription may contain errors. You are encouraged to review and edit transcribed lyrics before rendering.
  • LyricMV makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated transcriptions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

LyricMV is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the service
  • The accuracy or quality of AI-generated lyric synchronization or video output
  • The availability of any specific template, feature, or functionality

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LyricMV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if your actions pose a risk to LyricMV or other users. Upon termination, your right to access the service immediately ceases.

9. Privacy

Your use of LyricMV is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LyricMV, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LyricMV operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or the appropriate legal channels in said jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of LyricMV after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
